Ok, maybe not on purpose, but work has been insane this past week. At first I thought it was just that I had a lot to catch up on after being off last week. But all that is finished now, and I am still behind! Every time I finished one thing, about 4 other things got loaded onto my desk.
And it really sucks because each one of the guys is focused on their own project, so they come back to me five minutes after they have given me something and wonder why it isn't done. Ummm... because I have 4 other project managers and the boss to do this for too? Sorry guys, I can only do 3 things at once, then I max out.
I keep telling myself that it is good for business, and job security. But this job is so far from what I went to school for that it is easy to get frustrated. I just need to suck it up and finish the last six hours of my degree. Then I can quit being so indecisive about what I want to do with my life and actually DO something.
But for now, I'm too tired, and I'm feeling lazy. Maybe tomorrow.
