37 Week Update!

37 weeks, 2 days today! Full term! Woot! For those of you following at home, "full term" is considered 37 weeks, even though my due date isn't for another 3 weeks. Basicaly it means the risks that come along with prematurity (breathing etc.) go way down after this point. As Mando said to me the other night, "Holy crap, it really could be any day now, huh?"

This week has been much better comfort wise. Saw the doc again on Tuesday, no progress since lasr week, but that's ok. My feet are still swelling, but I've ditched the socks and embraced flip flops which helps considerably. New this week: contractions! Not labor contractions, but little piddly ones that are regular for a couple hours and then go away. They're a bit annoying, but I'm ok with it. Gotta get that uterus whipped into shape for the real thing!

The nursery is done! Just need to post pictures! I also have a new belly picture for you. It was taken today, but I'm currently blogging from my phone, so I will post it and the nursery pics tonight.

Today is a local San Antonio holiday, so I'm hoping to get off work early. Maybe if you are lucky (or if I am lucky!) I'll get those pictures up this afternoon!
