Lots of Updates!

Wow, so much has happened recently, it's been hard to keep up!

Update #1: We ordered our furniture and the crib and changer have come in. Just waiting on the dresser! Of course, this means very little at the current moment as all of the furniture is sitting in boxes until we can clean out the nursery.

Update #2 - We decided on a "theme" for the nursery. We'll be doing a Monkey Island theme with sailboats and monkeys and palm trees. I can't wait until we start to get it all together!

Update #3 - We started Bradley classes. They've been great and we are learning a ton. Armando is so supportive and between him and the information we've recieved in the classes, I'm so much more confident that this is something we can achieve.

We had a busy but productive weekend. We drove to Austin yesterday. We hit Ikea in the morning and purchased a kitchen table and chairs. This is the last major piece of furniture that we have needed. Since we both feel it is important that we eat as a family, we'll have time to start "practicing" having a sit down dinner each night before Squeaky gets here. Then it was off to a friend's new home for their housewarming party. It was nice and we got to catch up with some people we hadn't seen in awhile.

The progress on clearing out the guest room continues. I'm about finished in there, except for a little tidying. Hopefully Mando will be able to start moving his office into there soon so we can start turning his office into a nursery! My garage is a disaster area, but that will be resolved a bit after a trip to Goodwill in a few weeks. I just want to make sure we get everything so that we don't have to make more than one trip!
